Standalone 2007-2009, Carlson Takeoff R2), please download enabler from

If you are using one of Autodesk's products and you need to open the
drawing created in one of the following product, please use the Enabler
link below:

Autodesk Civil 3D
Autodesk Land Development Desktop
Autodesk Architectural Desktop

Carlson Embedded products or AutoCAD products with 2010 AutoCAD
engine
Users of Carlson Survey 2010 Embedded and Carlson Takeoff
R3 looking for AutoCAD Civil 3D 2010 object enabler can find the enabler at

by going to http://support.autodesk.com, then
picking AutoCAD Map 3d under products, selecting "Data & Downloads", then
"Utilities and Drivers", then "Civil 3d 2010 enabler" in Map 2010
section.

This tool will install properly for users of both 32-bit and 64-bit
Windows, since Carlson product itself is 32-bit application.
