In order to modify your prism offset in the raw editor...
1)  Go to the Edit drop down and select Modify Measurements.  
2)  Select Distance and make your Change To Distance the difference between your prism constants.
(If you have shot everything using a 30mm offset, but it was actually 40mm, the difference would be 10mm.)
