e00 is a file extension associated with ESRI and ArcGIS that is supposed to be a data set.

I believe AutoCAD Map can import the ARC/INFO E00 files so if you have Map at your disposal, you should be able to bring in the E00 coverages into the AutoCAD environment. If you don't have Map, a Google of "Convert E00 to SHP" (http://www.google.com/search?q=convert+e00+to+shp) yields several converters that can transform the E00 file into the SHP format that Carlson GIS can import.
