I am importing a shape file that is georeferenced using metric units but has a 10 ft contour interval (English Units). Somewhere during this process I believe the file is being transformed to English Units (Lat, Long, Elevation) without promting me for this. In doing so, the English Units for Elevation are increased by the 3.28.. conversion factor and leave me with unusable topographic information. Is there a way to either change the settings doing this, or scale only a single coordinate from the contours created (Z)?
