Drillhole Import Question

I am getting a dialog box that states "Warning:duplicate strata names found within drillhole"

Here a brief summary of how I created my drillholes.

Created a new crd file
Upated the crd file from drawing
Exported crd to csv
csv file has the following heading:
norhting,easting,strata_thickness,key/non-key,strata name,surfaceelev

all my data is numeric expect for the strata name and key/nonkey columns. I have created drillhole successfully using the same set up on a different seam, so I can not understand the error.

Can anyone help?
