SurvCE 1.61.01 Point Projection Problem

[LaDieu Survey]

After loading the current SurvCE version, we're getting inconsistent
offset results from existing centerline .cl files with tangent and curve
components. This didn't occur with our previous version. Anybody else
notice this, any suggestions?
