I couldn't find out what is new or updated in this version. Can anyone tell
me what has been done in this version.

It is a maintenance release to make the things work that did not work before
(mostly instrument communication). That is why it is 1.50.008.4 and not
1.50.009

For instance...... 1.50.008 made the Radian IS not function. 1.50.008.2
fixed that problem on the Ranger. 1.50.008.4 fixed the same problem running
on the Ipaq.

If any software enhancments are released, it will be called 1.50.009, not
1.50.008.5

The current PDF on the Carlson website lists the current enhancements that
are common to all 1.50.008 releases.
