I can't get the sets to work right using a Topcon robot and SurvCE 2.02.
I have the backsite D&R and traverse D&R checked. It works on the
backsite, but when I tap the traverse key, it just takes a direct
reading and prompts me to move up now or later.

I would like to be able to do a single set of direct and reverse shots
on my traverse points, but not on all the sideshots. Any ideas or work
around?

I have also read a post somewhere, maybe on rpls dot com, that direct
and reverse shots with a topcon robot is worthless, anyway, because the
gun justs turns a 180 and don't really do a true average. Any thoughts
or comments on this?

Robotic sets will go straight to move now/later if you are in the text screen. If you are in the graphics screen it will work properly....this is what I found on the Leica interface, which should be the same.
