Carlson Software Forum

I counted 30 questions or problems on this page and only 10 of them had
replys on them, how come more or all of them don't have answers or replys?
When the saleman sold us this unit he bragged all about this website.
Looks like he was just your typical saleperson.

Actually, I don't think the Carlson people get involved too much with
their message boards. It is more of a place for users to interact.
Sometimes I wish they (Carlson) would get involved. I think they do
monitor it.

...and the Release Notes are STILL not posted for 2.02 (it's only been 7
weeks...)

A very sad state of affairs, this New Millenial take on "support".

I doubt any Carlson support personnel monitor these newsgroups. They
probably have their hands full handling the phone calls and email.

The newsgroups are more for peer-to-peer support.
