hydrology 2008

In the hydrology menu is an option to move the sewer label. This is a
great feature but if you have a lot of structures, it really slows down
the calculations and redraws. Anybody know of a way to turn this feature
off?

I have not found a way to make a drop structure, does anyone know where
this maybe located?
