so i received new cd-roms containing ces.. my question is this... do i use the cd-rom or the file from the website to install ces?

Did you received a new SurvCADD CD? If so, it should contain the 10/23/2001
build, so install that. The build on the update site is identical but
doesn't contain the help files or other extras on the CD.
