Carlson Survey-Microstation Conversion

The engineers that I work with use microstaion. I open there files in
Microstaion and "Save As" a .dwg. When I open the .dwg in Carlson some of
my text has been misaligned or has a differnt style. Also, When I complete
a drawing in Carlson the text is skewed when I open it in Microstation.

Is there a fix for this situation.

Any information will be appreciated.

That's pretty typical when trying to translate DWG->DGN or vice versa.

Rule of thumb -> produce the work in the desired format, start to finish.
