Dave,
Not sure what version you are comming from and assume you are now using
2007 standalone. Type PL to initiate the PolyLine command - this brings up
the "Polyline 2D options" dialog box (in the standalone software). Once we
have set this dialog boxes options up to satisfy our work we hit OK, now
we can input the coordinates for the beginning point of the line as
desired (1000,1000). If using a w/AutoCAD software version, just after
typing PL the command alows us to input the coordinates right away. Please
respond if this information is incorrect.
