AutoCAD 2009/Map 2009 Ribbons

When we load the AutoCAD 2009 menu in its native mode the ribbon looks and works fine. When we attempt to load the Carlson2009 menu the ribbon loses all of its icons.

Does Carlson plan on supporting the ribbon anytime soon?

Carlson is having an issue with the AutoCAD 2009 Service Pack 1 release. There was no incompatibility issue with the Carlson 2009 and AutoCAD 2009 ribbon menu feature until the release of the AutoCAD 2009 Service Pack 1. This service pack has caused the issue. This error has been reported to the development staff at Carlson and is being addressed.

I ran into the same problem too, losing the ribbons after installing the service pack.
Work around......
Go to profiles in Options and revert back to standard AutoCAD
This will bring back your ribbons

Then switch to survcad profile
rename profile Survcad2009 to something else like "old"
Create a new profile and save it as Carlson2009
This is the default load
This should solve your problem
