How do I remove trial Carlson Civil from AutoCad Map 3D???

Generally it adds Carlson to the add/remove programs. Are you logged in as Admin? Maybe you need to be admin to remove it. You might try the disk but I don't think there is a remove feature on it. I'll ask around for more ideas here.
