Stretch commannd`

Postby Guy Rand » Tue Mar 24, 2009 5:19 pm

I'm a converted Autocad user, and I can't figure out a command to 'stretch' things. In ACAD you could enter the command stretch and you were able to manipulate the graphics. Carlson doesn't accept this command, and I sure could use it. Is there anybody out there that can help me.

I am pretty sure that the stand alone version does not support the stretch command. You can stretch some things manually with grips.

Stretch should work in the Intellicad version.

MULTI-GRIPS

IntelliCad 6.6, Carlson 2012

Is it possible to grab more than one vertice(s) and stretch them?

I am used to having to hold down shift key to grab more than one grip, but it doesn't seem to be working.

In Carlson embedded you can hold the control key down and select a line or polyline in which it will hot-grip a segment and allow you to do a simple stretch. This way you wont have to select grips manually.
