Printing Problems

I am having difficulty plotting from Carlson. I don't know if I can explain properly. In ACAD, at the plot dialog box, I could rotate the plot 90 deg. In Carslon, I have to go to properties, and manually change the layout from portrait to landscape. And this doesn't solve my problem. It just rotates the page, not what I picked to plot. Does anyone understand my problem? Please help if you do.
Thanks.

Are you using Carlson on top of AutoCAD or IntelliCAD?
If you are on top of AutoCAD, all plotting functions are the same as just plain AutoCAD.
If you are on top of Intellicad, you need to go to your printer properties and select portrait or landscape there.

I am just running straight Carlson Survey. Any ideas?

Sorry, I run on top of AutoCAD and Intellicad.
There is a separate discussion group, below, for Survey Stand Alone.

Guy Rand,
What version of Carlson Survey are you running? Is this 2008 Standalone or 2009 Embedded AutoCAD? While in the Plot dialog box hit the arrow in the lower right hand corner - this will show additional options for the plot configuration.
