I am trying to upload a carlson topo into a carslon explorer datacollector. How do you upload the surface information into the data collector.

Arrow, you might want to post this down in the SurvCE forum in order to get some more exposure. There is a section for the Explorer's as well, people who visit there might be able to help you out.
