Civil 2009 w/AutoCAD 2004 Rotate Points Solved
Posted: Thu May 07, 2009 6:28 pmI need some assistance in rotating points. When I had the prior version it didn't seem to be a problem. Now it's a nightmare. What is the procedure?
I figured it out. If anyone reads this, and needs my help I can offer
what I discovered.
