License problems...

Our instructor has given us a temporary license to do our work at home, however I am having trouble running the software. Once I do my file name and CRD paths, the program shuts down and gives this error mess....
Unable to obtain a proper license for current module.
The module is unlicensed or number of available licenses has been exhausted.
My question is this... when I get my new Remote Authorization from instructor where do I input it? WRcommute?
