Right-click not working in Carlson

I recently had my tower replaced and Carlson 2010 reinstalled... now my right-click option doesn't work. I have gone through the OPTIONS and it is all just as it should be. The odd thing is is that the right-click works if I am in the AutoCAD module. Can someone please help me?

What happens, exactly, when you right click? Does it attempt to run your previous command? In order for the modify/ properties menu to pop up when you right click you need to have an object or other entity selected. Draw a line, select it, then right click.... Still nothing?

Nothing happens. Absolutely zero. I was at least hoping for a repeat last command or a shortcut menu.. but I get nothing at all. I am a huge fan of the "copy with basepoint" in the right-click shortcut and now I am having to find another way around that. It is frustrating!

Interesting, I was having a similar issue with IntelliCAD and the solution was to reload the menu template by following this procedure:

Type menu on the command line, press Enter, load icadbase.mnu.

I would imagine Autodesk has something similar like acadbase.mnu but can't say for sure. Reloading the base menu reset all of my toolbars and the right click menu came back.

I tried your suggestion and had no success with it. Have you got any other ideas? It's the strangest thing! The right click works in the AutoCAD module, but not in any of the Carlson modules. I am stumped!

Well I think you have got patch for your problem but in case if you have not done so then Can you please confirm if you are in the edit mode.I faced this issue when i was in preview mode.
