Intellicad 7, Carlson 2011

I had to try Intellicad 7 with Carlson 2011. Rotate with base does not appear to be working correctly. After selecting the rotation point, then selecting base and choosing points c and d, it appears to be rotating from the horizontal. I went back to 2010 and ICAD 6.6 and it worked fine. Also when I went back into the drawing in 2011 with ICAD 7, it forgot all my toolbar rearrangements.
