Automatic Upgrading

I am running Carlson Survey 2011 and Civil 2011 on a 64 bit AutoCAD Map 3d 2011.
Each time I start Carlson, The software update wizard checks for an upgrade. Mine consistently returns with, "No Upgrade Available". Each of the other system in the office upgraded last week to Build 110117. Mine is at 101208 and is still reporting "No Upgrade Available".

Is there a way to force the upgrade?

This may be blocked by your firewall. You can download a patch to get you up to date by going to our download page.

It sounds like you would need Download #7

Click the download button once and then hit SAVE. Once it's done saving to your hard drive, close your Carlson and double-click on the .exe file to start the install.
