toolbar names

new to AC/carlson
accidentally turn off a toolbar (the one that resides in the model and sheet views)
it had a ghost appearance and had zoom, pan on it and a couple of other things
dont know the name of it so i cant turn it back on

Right click on an open spot in the menu area and a list of all of the available items should come up. Try them one at a time until you find the one you want.
