Insert Google Earth Image

getting this for an error when i try to run the command.
Command: google_image
ARXLOAD failed :error#93*Cancel*
Haven't run into this problem before. Closed 2012 opened 2011 and everything worked fine. Why the change?
Also, i had posted about the draw order pull down not working correctly, I edited the CUI file based on what the 2011 CUI had and things worked like normal. Why the change there also?
