Post-collection correction grid-to-ground

I'm very new to using our new Surveyor+ w/ SurvCE. Just collected about 100 additional points to add to a survey that was done last summer. After importing them in Carlson Survey for C3D, I see the monument points are off by about 2-3 feet. I didn't collect the survey data last summer, so I don't know how it was collected (but I assume it was a total station we had before we got the Surveyor+). I think the reason is a grid to ground conversion. I tried to activate this in SurvCE, but I don't think it's scaling the points I already collected. I re-imported them to Survey from the collector, and I get the same coordinates. Am I missing something, or do you need to activate the GPS localization PRIOR to collecting field points?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
