CS 2015 -Need a "Block edit menu" back in the Survcad menus

When using the Survcad Menus like Civil or Survey when you go to do a Block edit we have no menu tab so the close block Editor Icon is not there. Also the whole block edit tab is not available for us to use.
You have to use the "bclose" to get out and this is a inconveniences and also will make people think something is broke with the menu's.

If you go back to the Acad menu it works.
