Carlson Suite License - How many concurrent users?

Postby xander769 » Tue Dec 23, 2014 2:35 pm

Hello,

My firm recently purchased a network license of Carlson Civil Suite (Civil, Survey, GIS, and CADnet). I have installed this on our AutoCAD products as well as the intellicad installation for flexibility, however i seem to be having an issue with having users open the program. I was under the impression that with this single network license we were allowed to open the civil, survey, and any others all at the same time on unique workstations? Maybe i was wrong, but just wanted to make sure. Example: One user has AutoCAD with Carlson Survey open, and another has AutoCAD with Carlson Civil on different workstation. I have been successful opening the civil program on a unique workstation, however when launching a command it hangs up and i get an dialog box saying the license has been exhausted? I appreciate any help, and thanks in advance!

I would think that you are only allowed one user to operate Carlson as a whole at once. I could be wrong, but that would be my assumption.
