Creating an accurate in complete with curbs

I have been trying to search for a way to create an accurate tin model that will speed up my grading process and allow me to set acurate spot grades by simply clicking on an area within say ... a parking lot. Most of the issues I have side around curbs. What is the best method for creating curbs / depressed curbs on the different sites I work on? We are running Carlson civil Suite 2015
