Renaming another companies layers

We are always getting drawings from civil engineers, architects and surveyors. Sometimes I will have all their drawings combined into one for me to work from. Is there an easy way to rename their layers? Example I'd like to rename STORM DRAIN STRUCTURE to BW-STORM DRAIN STRUCTURE. One or two layers no big deal but when there's 20-30 to rename, that takes time. I am using Carlson Survey 2022
