Software patches and versions

I was scrolling through the software patch fixes and noticed something we need in our office (i.e. points disappear from screen even after copying them and droppping CG attributes). We have 3 hardware locks and are using CG for windows with Acad R14. Are these patches for our version and how can I find out what version we have? I don't see it in the manual anywhere.
