I have a support/update agreement coming up for renewal next month and have not received any update information,especially on CG for Windows. Is this the replacement for CG for AutoCad, with AutoCad not supporting R14 much longer? My associate, Faith Recio, sent a message asking the same questions and has not received any message back. That has been about 3 weeks. Does it take that long to respond

Here is you answer to the never-ending nagging question that has been asked over and over again, and to which I have answered before, I DON’T KNOW! We are tech support only and are not aware of the upper management decisions of the company. We have only been told that the AutoCAD 2000, hopefully 2002 also, version will be out in late November and that is all I know and I am sticking to it, period
