DOS printer

I would like to have one of the new - fast- color - wide printers on my system - one that c&g in dos would drive - has any one had any luck along these lines.
I have tried Jan's Epson 860 and a wide Canon with no luc

I have an HP500 that does not work with DOS either.<br

Guys,

This is part of the problem with the Dos version.
As more time goes by you will find more and more
stuff that won't work with your old Dos programs.

Don't want to sound like I am beating a dead horse;
but, it may be time to consider switching over to
Intellicad.

As for how to fix the problem, I think you need a
specific driver that may not be available. Good Luck!

While shopping at Office-Max I spotted a
HP Deskjet 1220C. Minimum System Requirements said
MS-DOS 3.3 or above etc. etc. I brought one home on condition that it would work with C&G for DOS.
I instaled it, set ploter to HPDESKJET500/560C,as I did for my old HP 360 OFFICEJET, and low & behold it worked. This 1220C is a wide printer - I can do my 12" X 18" drawings on it etc.
So if you need a printer to work with C&G DO take a look at this on
