Ranger transfer & .cr5 files

I do not see any file conversion menus for converting .crd files to .cr5 files. I am now using a Ranger for data collection with TDS software. Also, I do not see the Ranger listed in the data collector list for transfer. I am working with version 5.50.03. Is there a more recent version that would address these items. If so, can I download or is there a patch available?
