It would be VERY helpful if the description table had a layer choice for
linetype mapping in addition to the points. We use a different layer for
boundary lines and boundary corners. So we would like a layer selection for
point mapping, and a seperate layer selection for line mapping.

That would be a great feature to have lines on a different layer than point
layer.
I hope that this feature will come very soon.
