Our Psion Workabout with C&G Field gives an error message "File error failed - Media is corrupt" and exits C&G. Anyone have any solutions? Are you able to get the software and media replaced?

6) "Media Corrupt" error: If it is on a RAM card Psion can get data off the
card. If it is internal memory (M:> drive), the data is lost. You must
re-FORMAT the drive in question to use it again. From the big "PSION"
screen, press the MENU key and select "System Screen". When the Icon's show
up, press the MENU key and use the "right arrow" to select the DISK tab.
Then use the "down arrow" to select "Format Disk". Use the "right arrow" to
select the drive you want to format. The "B:> drive" is the lower slot ram
card. The "Internal drive" is the M:> drive or internal memory drive. After
the drive has been formatted, press the "PSION-X" keys (hold the Psion key
down and press the X key). Answer "YES" to exit System Screen.
