Summary: Workaround for incompatibility between the Dell Dimensions 8100 System and the Rainbow Sentinel System Driver.

Step 1
Start up the computer and press F2 to go into BIOS setup.
Within the BIOS setup, scroll down to Integrated Devices and press Enter.
Choose Parallel Port and press Enter.
Press the space bar until the mode changes to PS/2.
Press Esc twice.
Scroll down to Auto Power On.
Press the space bar until Auto Power On is Disabled.
Press Esc.
Press Enter to save changes and exit.


Step 2


Reinstall the Sentinel System Driver.
