I have two computers. the older of which has C & G SOFTWARE FOR DOS, VERSION 4.1. The other has C & G SURVEY FOR WINDOW WITH INTELLICAD 5.5.

I want to install my "back-up" tape of the work that I have done in DOS to my new computer which has my newly-installed CG FOR WINDOWS WITH (INTELLICAD). How do I do this?

Grateful for anybody's help<br

Charles, as far as I know you need to open your old DOS drawings in the DOS version of C&G then save them as .dxf files. This is the way that I have salvaged all my old drawings. I have my old DOS version loaded in the same computer and open it by going into Windows Explorer and clicking on the SU.EXE file in whatever directory it is in. Not the fastest method, but does save drawings
