At last the nightmare is over! I can't start to tell our loyal clients have badly I feel about the last 1-1/2 to 2 years they have had to endure the empty promises made by the application gateway people. Initially AG/Fourth Venture had the money to make C&G king of the hill but their agenda was not what they told us it was and as a result we got drug behind the wagon. The guys who did tech support at AG worked very hard to learn and support the product. We told the upper level management that it would be tough and nearly impossible for a non-C&G person to support the product lines. My hat is off to Richard and his associates who were in the trenches fighting. Thanks for your efforts to help the GOOD C&G people out there. I truly feel that a new day is beginning for C&G and a concentrated effort to get long overdue updates out to the users. Hang in there a little longer and your loyalty will be rewarded. I too use the C&G products daily in the surveying practice my son and I operate and for the most part have very little problem with any of the products. I'll be monitoring the message board and keeping up with what is going on. Regards, Ed Cowher
