C&G dos in windows 2000

I have recently upgraded to w2k and everything works fine except when I use the dos version of C&G the is about a 20 sec delay when I access the cogo funtion, both when getting in ont exiting out. Ihave tried serveral thing but can't seem to fix this. Is anyone esle having this porblem or better a way to fix it.

P.S. we also use intellicad and in w2k we still have crashes and there are still a few bugs but compaired to 98 we have gone from a couple of crashes a day to a couple per week. best money i have spent in a whil
