Data transfer Leica 700

Have a new Leica 705 and having trouble to transfer codes and descriptions with raw data files. On advice from leica support I downloaded the SDR33M format from their site and loaded on gun to use when downloading using Leica survey office. On transfer into C&G for windows all data is fine except the code and desc is blank. The 705 stores the code and description as a separate record either before or after the measurement data. How might I overcome this?

Files have been sent to Dean who referred to Leica in Canada. Hopefully we can find a solution.
