Received CD for CG-AutoCAD without hardware lock, but no instructions to obtain the authorization key! Donny M. said tech support or online. A call to tech (you weren't in) elicited clueless support; Donny didn't elaborate on the web site to generate the key from the serial number...I didn't see anything here or at Carlson. In the interim I have a package I can't install and use...lmk

When I installed it, it became very apparent what I needed to do ... so I wonder why Don said not to load until I contacted tech? No problem now
