C&G for Autocad 2000 Help!

When I open Autocad 2000 with C&G I want a specfic drawing to open which has all my layers and C&G info loaded. So when I began a drawing all these layers will be present. Is there a path that I need to specify for this to take place. How do I do that?
The "Specific Drawing" that I want to have opened is just a blank drawing that I have created before Autocad 2000, that just has layers that I work with.
At the moment all that is opening when I click the C&G icon is a "Drawing1.dwg" file and i have to manually go find and open the blank drawing I use as a template.

Set your target to tyhe drawing on the desktop icon or right click it and select the properties and pick the prototype
