Drawing scale specific to project will not be maintained when exiting and re-entering ACAD2000....

Also, there seems to be some interface trying to occur between ACAD R14 and 2000.... when I create new buttons in 2000 for commonly used CG commands... upon reloading program... it grabs button icons from R1
