Todd, you must have been logged onto your windows 2000 as administrator when you installed the software and the environment variable got set under that profile. There is a way to copy profiles but if you have installed some software as administrator and other software under a different log on name, you could make a mess by tring to copy profiles. The easiest way to fix the problem is to re-install intellicad while logged on the way you normally log on and then the information needed for the CGSURVEY_ICADROOT will be where it needs to be
