Error message inC&G windows running in Win2000

I am receiving an error message "CGSURVEY_ICADROOT" when i launch C&G Survey under a user profile in Win2000. This error message does not appear when C&G is launched under the Administrative profile

Todd, you must have been logged onto your windows 2000 as administrator when you installed the software and the environment variable got set under that profile. There is a way to copy profiles but if you have installed some software as administrator and other software under a different log on name, you could make a mess by tring to copy profiles. The easiest way to fix the problem is to re-install intellicad while logged on the way you normally log on and then the information needed for the CGSURVEY_ICADROOT will be where it needs to be
