User Coordinate Systems are way too complicated to
keep tract of. Use the CAD command 'DVIEW' and
select the 'TWIST' option. It will rotate your
screen orientation and crosshairs to any angle
you desire. (If you like having your crosshairs
horizontal and vertical, use the 'SNAPANG' command
to rotate them back only.) The DVIEW/TWIST
option keeps your CAD AND C&G coordinate systems
together, so you can calculate points, plot points
to the screen, etc., just like normal. The only
problem you will run into is in inserting CAD
text, which usually defaults to due East. Make
your TWIST angle something easy to remember (like
75 degrees), or use your ORTHO snap to align text
horizontally on your rotated screen. Other than
that, the program doesn't know the difference
