When I try to dump coordinte files from my TDS-48 collector the computer gives me a access denied transfer error, any help would be appreciated

access denied normally means windows thinks the comport is in use for some other device. Without any further information from you my quess is that you are running c&g dos in a windows 95/98 enviorment. That would mean that your error message is caused because you did not shut down windows and reboot in dos
