MP 2500 transfer problem

Using C&G DOS 4.40.16 and C&G FIELD we can transfer everything to and from except coordinates. It will send 1 or 2 points and then give "TRANSFER ERROR". Any suggestions? Thanks

What is your computer operating system? If it is windows 95 or later are you remebering to shut down and reboot in dos mode
