Acad 2002 middle click snap menu

Upgraded to Acad 2002 and do not have the middle button mouse feature to bring up the snap menu. What do I need to change to get it back?

Tony on my acad2002 it brings up the drag feature is that what you are looking at as well

In acad r14 on a 3 click mouse the middle click would bring up the CnG snaps menu as well as some other commands. After upgrading to acad 2002 the middle click no longer provides the snaps menu or the other commands. I notice theres a new CGsnaps tool bar, but the middle click does not access it as i am now set up. Is there any way to set the snaps menu to correspond with the middle click of a 3 click mouse or a 4 button track ball.
